CHARLESTOWN LAND TRUST FARMERS’ MARKET OPENING DAY 2016!

Fri., June 24, 2016 –  A golden day to greet visitors as we began Season #9! Volunteers and vendors arrived bright and early to set up shop for our first-of-the-summer CLT Farmers’ Market.

Shoppers streamed to the market to see and sample the fresh offerings of the market.  From an abundance of early season lettuces….

It’s always a worthwhile venture to visit the Chalrestown Land Trust Farmers’ Market on a Friday morning in the summer – 4150 Old Post Road in Charlestown.

What’s there to look forward to next Friday, July 1st?  Along with shopping for all that seasonal fresh food, join us to meet the RI Beekeepers Association, the Charlestown Historical Society,  and check on your water quality with URI’s Cooperative Extension reps….Enjoy visiting, shopping, and strolling to the music of this coming week’s music performed by  Farm Dog!
